Position description: Responsible for providing comprehensive Legal and Secretarial Support, overseeing contracts, compliance, and governance functions to ensure effective legal operations within the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
Managing legal documentation and contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, to ensure compliance with legal standards and mitigate risks for the organization.
Assisting in corporate secretarial functions, such as maintaining corporate records, preparing board meeting materials, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Providing support in legal research and analysis, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, and offering insights to assist in decision-making processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate legal considerations into business processes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.




Assisting in the resolution of legal issues and disputes, liaising with external legal counsel as necessary, and providing recommendations to address legal challenges effectively.
Coordinating and managing legal projects, including due diligence efforts, regulatory compliance assessments, and other legal initiatives to support business objectives.
Assisting in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and training programs for internal stakeholders to enhance legal awareness and compliance.
Maintaining organized legal documentation and contract repositories, facilitating easy retrieval of information and supporting internal and external audits when necessary.
Participating in the preparation and dissemination of legal communications, updates, and reports to internal teams and stakeholders.
Contributing to the improvement of legal processes, systems, and workflows, promoting efficiency
