Business Development Manager

We are seeking a passionate Area Sales Manager who can drive sales growth, build solid client relationships, and lead a team effectively within the assigned district.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure timely reporting and performance tracking

Salary - Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 35,000 per month

Extra allowance - TA + DA + High Incentive
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (B2B preferred)
Willingness to travel within the assigned district
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team management ability
