Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the marketing and admission activities of our pre-school. The candidate will assist with lead generation, social media, parent enquiries, local promotions, events, and follow-ups to increase school admissions and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Admissions Support
Generate enquiries through online and offline marketing activities.
Follow up with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Maintain and update lead and enquiry records.
Coordinate with the admissions team to convert enquiries into school visits and admissions.
Track follow-ups and ensure no leads are missed.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Assist in managing the school's social media platforms.
Create and post engaging content such as photos, videos, reels, activities, events, and announcements.




Coordinate with teachers and the school team to collect content.
Support basic content creation using Canva or similar tools.
Monitor engagement and help improve social media visibility.
Local Marketing
Support marketing activities around the school and nearby residential areas.
Coordinate distribution of brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Assist with apartment, community, and local-area marketing activities.
Identify prospects for local partnerships and promotional activities.
Events & School Activities
Assist in planning and promoting events such as:
Open houses
Parent orientation programs
Kids' events
Workshops
Festivals and celebrations
Admission campaigns
Coordinate with the school team to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Capture photos/videos during events for promotional use.
Parent Communication
Respond professionally to basic parent enquiries.
