Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Team Lead with 5+ years of experience in Java backend development and solid expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, PL/SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes. The candidate will be responsible for leading the technical team, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Design Microservices architecture and REST API / middleware solutions.
Implement secure applications using Spring Security.
Design and optimize PL/SQL queries, procedures, functions, and packages.
Review code and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards.
Troubleshoot complex production and application issues.
Manage application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
Coordinate with QA, DevOps, Business, and other technical teams.




Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and solution design.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules and projects.
Identify performance, scalability, and security improvements.

Pay: ₹550,067.29 - ₹1,121,184.99 per year
