Job purpose / role summary: Own the coffee and non-alcoholic beverage programme, lead the barista team, and protect beverage quality, speed, guest engagement and cost.

Job Description: This role contributes to specialty coffee, mocktails and aerated drinks from opening calibration through guest handover. Work is governed by approved recipes, extraction records, beverage presentation standards, protected milk/cold-chain handling and documented cleaning.

Responsibilities
Set espresso recipes and approve daily dial-in.
Create beverage SOPs, training plans and par levels.
Own beverage COGS, vendor coordination and monthly stock variance.
Calibrate espresso and grinder settings to the approved recipe.
Prepare coffee, mocktails and aerated drinks consistently.
Maintain machine, grinder, bar tools and display hygiene.
Engage guests, explain products and recommend pairings.
Control beverage stock, variance, breakage and waste.
