Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, financial reporting, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, customers, and external consultants.

The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation, e-commerce accounting, inventory accounting, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-
Accounting & Bookkeeping




Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Maintain and review sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and contra entries.
Maintain proper ledgers and accounting records in Tally Prime/ERP.
Review accounting entries passed by junior team members and ensure accuracy.
Ensure proper accounting of expenses, provisions, accruals, and adjustments.
Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all transactions.
GST & Statutory Compliance
Handle day-to-day GST-related accounting and reconciliation.
Prepare and review GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable GST workings in coordination with consultants.
Reconcile purchase data with GSTR-2B and identify discrepancies.
Ensure correct GST treatment on purchases, sales, expenses, credit notes, and debit notes.
Maintain records required for GST audits and assessments.
