The organization offers a wide range of ready-to-cook, instant food, convenience food, and traditional Indian food products, with distribution across modern retail and other consumer channels.

About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Executive Modern Trade who will be responsible for managing key Modern Trade accounts, driving sales growth, ensuring strong retail execution, and managing field/merchandising teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with Contemporary Trade and Organized Retail accounts.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Handle key customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
Lead and monitor field sales/merchandising teams.
Design and implement PJP (Permanent Journey Plans)



for effective market coverage.
Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution across stores.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and internal teams for smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS and sales reports.
Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
Ensure timely payment collections and resolve customer-related issues.
Conduct market visits and ensure effective execution across assigned stores.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
4+ years of experience in Modern Trade Sales, preferably in Food FMCG / Packaged Food.
Experience handling Modern Trade / Organized Retail / Key Accounts.
Experience in team management and PJP planning/execution.
Strong understanding of retail sales, merchandising, distributi
