Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.
Explain product features, specifications, advantages, pricing, and offers.
Recommend suitable products or services based on customer requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other required documentation.
Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, messages, and other channels.
Convert enquiries and leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Promote special offers, finance options, accessories,



and additional products where applicable.
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and customer events when required.
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Required Qualifications
Higher Secondary/Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong product presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work toward sales targets.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
