Role & responsibilities
Manage domestic & international flight, hotel, cab and travel bookings as per company policy.
Coordinate visa, travel documents, insurance and other international travel requirements.
Manage travel agencies, hotels, airlines and transport vendors.
Ensure cost-effective bookings and negotiate corporate travel rates.
Verify travel bills, refunds and maintain travel-related MIS.
Provide timely support for cancellations, rescheduling, delays and travel emergencies.
