Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Create and publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media. Screen resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Maintain candidate databases (via IRECRUIT & ZINGHR). And train the candidates, teach grooming, work them efficiently & promote them etc. Prepare recruitment reports and provide metrics. Promote company’s reputation as a excellent place to work.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
