We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and contribute to building a high-performing and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
Oversee performance management, employee appraisals,



and confirmation processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate payroll inputs, employee advantages, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Plan and conduct employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness initiatives.
Support department heads in manpower planning and workforce management.
Maintain employee records and generate HR reports for management.
Foster a positive, professional, and productive work workplace.
Ensure smooth HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA (HR), or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
