Complete store administration and to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Puts in efforts to control the cost and expenses.
Tracks stock levels of food, supply and equipment and oversee ordering as necessary.
Ensures that all raw materials are purchased as per company’s guidance and Fssai rules.
Coordinating with all the departments in the restaurant.
Regularly reviews product quality.
Create detailed reports on weekly monthly and annual inventory.
Should have basic knowledge of inventory software and excel.
To keep a regular track of the stock usage and wastage.
