Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in our chemical manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Monitor and control chemical manufacturing processes and equipment operations.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources.
Maintain production records, logbooks, batch records, and shift reports.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, EHS, and Store departments.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
Monitor process parameters and take necessary action in case of any deviations.
Identify production-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.




Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
Train and guide production operators and workers.
Report production status, deviations, incidents, breakdowns, and other significant issues to the Production Manager.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Candidate Requirements
Education: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering / Relevant qualification.
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or pharmaceutical/API manufacturing industry.
Positive knowledge of chemical production processes and equipment.

Pay: ₹11,016.95 - ₹30,000.00 per month
