9+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, delivering high-impact, multi-team initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Strong programming expertise in one or more of Java, Scala, C#, C++, and Python, with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
Proven experience with data platforms at scale, including relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL data stores, with robust query processing knowledge
Expertise in building production-grade RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on scalability, robustness, security, and reliability
Hands-on experience with cloud-native and on-prem systems, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and contemporary deployment practices for cost-effective execution
Advanced systems knowledge, including multi-threading, memory management, software design principles, architecture best practices, and writing well-tested, high-quality code
Strong problem-solving mindset and resilience, with deep knowledge of testing strategies, system health monitoring,



and adaptability to organizational and technical change
Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Solid experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.

Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
