- Fraud detection and prevention by Screening/ Sampling & Hind sighting
- Monitoring and Field verification of customer profile on high value cases
- Field investigation on fraud cases and share findings with departments
- Vendor connect, empanelment and billing management
- Branch training on RCU & Various aspects along with feedback to branches
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must be graduate in any stream.
- Preferred working in HFC/NBFC
- 2-7 years of experience.
