About the Position

Kantaflex India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Executive / Senior Executive Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, monthly closing, reconciliations and MIS reporting. The role requires sound knowledge of accounting principles, direct and indirect taxation, inventory management and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

- Record, verify and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions accurately and in accordance with applicable accounting practices.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements relating to GST, Income Tax, ESI, PF and other applicable laws.
- Compile and maintain necessary statutory reports, returns, schedules and supporting records.
- Coordinate and complete monthly closing of books of accounts within the defined timelines.
- Prepare and consolidate MIS reports and other financial information required by management.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, customer and other account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, consultants, auditors and statutory authorities, wherever required.
- Maintain accounting, statutory and other financial records with proper documentation and filing.
- Monitor assigned activities and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support audit requirements and provide necessary schedules, documents and clarifications.




- Undertake other accounts and finance-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, Income Tax, ESI, PF and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Track changes in direct and indirect tax provisions and assess their potential impact on business operations.
- Support implementation of appropriate actions and process changes arising from amendments in statutory laws.
- Coordinate with consultants, auditors and relevant stakeholders for statutory compliance matters.

Inventory & MIS Responsibilities

- Maintain a fair understanding of inventory accounting and inventory management processes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for inventory-related reconciliations and accounting requirements.
- Assist in monitoring inventory records and identifying discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Prepare monthly MIS and other management reports relating to accounting and business performance.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates with hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, monthly book closure and MIS reporting will be preferred.

- Candidates with exposure to manufacturing / inventory-based accounting environments will have an advantage.

Candidates who demonstrate robust ownership, accuracy,



compliance orientation and stakeholder coordination skills will be preferred. Qualification & Skills

- B.Com / Bachelors Degree in Commerce or a related discipline preferred.
- 45 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, MIS and monthly closing of books preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, accounting standards and accounting practices.
- Fair to good knowledge of direct and indirect taxation provisions.
- Ability to understand changes in statutory laws and evaluate their impact on business operations.
- Working knowledge of inventory accounting and inventory management.
- Fair working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and other IT-enabled tools.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business situations, processes and statutory requirements.

Compensation 4.0 LPA to 5.13 LPA depending on experience, skills, current compensation and suitability for the role.
