Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will lead and manage HR operations to support a growing aerospace manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee life cycle activities.

The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering positive employee relations across departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating staffing needs with functional leaders,



managing HR documentation, handling employee queries and grievances, and supporting training, development, and engagement initiatives.

The Senior

Executive HR will also contribute to HR data management, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR practices to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in end-to-end HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Proven ability in Employee Relations, with skills in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and best practices within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a senior or lead HR role, preferably in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HRMS tools and MS Office; ability to work with data, reports, and metrics.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
