About the Role
You will be the control tower for the executive office part Executive Assistant, part PMO, part Chief-of-Staff-in-the-making. You'll protect leadership bandwidth, drive execution across teams, and make sure nothing critical slips. You'll operate at the intersection of judgment, discretion, and relentless follow-through.
Roles and Responsibilities
Executive Office & Calendar Command
- Own and orchestrate complex, multi-timezone calendars for CXO-level leadership; ruthlessly prioritize and protect high-value time
- Run pre-read discipline ensure every meeting has an agenda, purpose, and decision outcome
- Act as a trusted gatekeeper, screening and sequencing inbound demands with sound judgment
PMO & Governance
- Drive central governance for leadership initiatives dashboards, RAG status, risk logs, action trackers
- Chase closure, not just updates own accountability across teams without formal authority
- Establish and run weekly/monthly review cadences (MBRs/QBRs) with crisp decision capture
Executive Communication
- Draft executive-grade emails, briefings, and leadership updates clear, concise, decision-oriented
- Convert fragmented inputs into boardroom-ready summaries at speed
Cross-Functional Execution
- Serve as the connective layer across HR, Finance, Delivery, TA, and US stakeholders
- Anticipate bottlenecks, surface risks early, and act before being asked
Confidentiality & Trust
- Handle highly sensitive business and personnel information with absolute discretion trust is the currency of this role
Availability & Ownership
- Support US-overlap hours when business demands it this role rewards flexibility and commitment over clock-watching

Must-Haves
- 5–10 years as an EA / Business Assistant / PMO / Chief-of-Staff support, with 2+ years supporting CXOs/VPs/MDs
- Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint; strong with Outlook/Teams/SharePoint
- Proven calendar management, stakeholder management, and executive communication
- Graduate degree (MBA/BBA a plus)
Nice-to-Haves (Differentiators)
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or dashboarding tools
- Experience in GCCs, startups, consulting, or offshore delivery environments
- PMO/governance or program-tracking experience
