Senior Executive - Accounts, Finance & MIS

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting/ Transactions
- Daily entries of Purchase, Sales, Returns, Expenses, Payments, Receipts
- Preparing delivery challans, sales invoices, purchase orders and e-way bills
- Maintaining accounts in computer software
- Preparing Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account, and Balance Sheet

- Ledger management
- Master management (customers/ stores, products, vendors, etc.)

- Compliance
- Monthly workings and filing for GST, TDS, etc.

- Applications for casual GST
- Co-coordinating with CA for finalization of accounts and tax returns
- Staying updated with current financial regulations and accepted practices

- Banking




- Follow-up and reconciliation of payables and receivables
- Preparing Bank Reconciliation, handling petty cash and doing other banking works
- Financial & business analysis
- Financial and business analysis (sales, P&L;, etc.) and preparing relevant MIS reports. Highlight key gaps/ opportunities and potential intervention required
- System inventory tracking and management of finished goods and raw material/ packaging material basis inward/ outward/ transfers

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field (preferred)
- 3-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion industry in a similar role
- Software knowledge in Tally and computer basics
- Comfortable with MS Office, especially Advanced Excel (including vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
- Good communication skills
