Role Description The Senior Engineer will lead and oversee on-site engineering activities for wind and renewable EPC projects in Gadag in a full-time capacity. This role involves planning and executing Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical workstreams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

The Senior

Engineer will coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues, optimize resources, and maintain timelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and technical documents, conducting site inspections, preparing reports, and supporting testing, commissioning,



and handover of project deliverables. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to best practices aligned with Sangreen’s QHSE framework.

Qualifications

- Solid engineering foundation with a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications in renewable energy or EPC project management are an advantage.
- Proven experience in wind or renewable energy projects, including site execution, installation, commissioning, and coordination across Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical work fronts.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standards, with familiarity in relevant design codes and construction practices.
- Solid understanding of safety, quality, and environmental management systems, preferably with experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001-compliant environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead on-site teams, manage contractors, and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders while maintaining timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex technical challenges at project sites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in en_US and local languages as applicable, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports and documentation.
