Position: Senior Engineer – Execution

Key Responsibilities

- Review, interpret, and understand structural, architectural, and other construction drawings to ensure accurate site execution.

- Plan, supervise, and monitor day-to-day construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

- Possess strong knowledge of site execution, construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource management.

- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

- Demonstrate solid leadership qualities, including team management, decision-making, problem-solving, and effective communication.

- Prepare and maintain project progress reports, including:

- DPR – Daily Progress Report

- DLR – Daily Labour Report

- MPR – Monthly Progress Report

- Monitor project schedules and track progress on a day-to-day basis, highlighting delays and taking necessary corrective actions.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues, design discrepancies, and drawing clashes in coordination with the Design Team, PMO, consultants, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure effective coordination between the site execution team, design team, PMO, contractors, and consultants for timely resolution of issues.

- Monitor work quality and ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications,



and safety requirements.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources.

- Conduct regular site inspections and review progress against planned schedules and milestones.

- Proactively identify potential execution challenges and take corrective measures to avoid delays and rework.

- Maintain proper documentation related to site activities, progress, technical clarifications, and execution issues.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of civil/construction site execution.

- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to resolve technical issues and design clashes efficiently.

- Good knowledge of project scheduling and progress monitoring.

- Proficiency in preparing DPR, DLR, MPR, and other project reports.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities effectively.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: Relevant experience in construction and site execution, preferably in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
