Key Responsibilities
- Oversee civil execution for high-rise residential projects.
- Manage RCC, aluminium formwork, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings/specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and snagging/de-snagging.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues and ensure timely completion of activities.
