ServiceNow - Senior Developer – ITOM/ ITAM / HRSD/ CSM (any 2 of 4 modules, Urgent)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to join a high-impact digital transformation programme supporting enterprise clients across multiple industries.

This opportunity offers a combination of advanced technical development, mentorship, and hands-on project experience within large-scale ServiceNow environments. You will work on complex transformation initiatives, helping organizations automate processes, improve service delivery, and enhance user experiences through the ServiceNow platform.

What You'll Be Doing

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:

- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and third-party APIs.
- Create and maintain catalog items, record producers, and automated workflows using Flow Designer.
- Build custom applications using App Engine and low-code capabilities.
- Develop and enhance Service Portal and Employee Center experiences.
- Support testing, deployment, and release management activities.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to platform governance, optimisation,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience across core ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Expertise in:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Actions
- Flow Designer
- Service Catalog
- Integrations
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong JavaScript development skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow Module Experience Candidates should have strong experience in at least one of the following areas:
- HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- IT Asset Management (ITAM)

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSA Certification.
- ServiceNow CAD Certification.
- Additional ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
