Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr.

Design

Engineer to join our Engineering Services Department. This role requires expertise in mechanical design, proficiency in 3D CAD software, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with client specifications. This position is based in our Banaswadi,



Bangalore office and involves working in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proficiency in Software: Inventor (preferred), SolidWorks (optional)
- Required Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with 3D CAD software and Manufacturing knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Expertise in 3D Product Modeling, Manufacturing Drawing creation, Sheet Metal Design, Wiring diagrams, and Surface Modeling knowledge.
- Creating Design Documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, bills of materials, assembly instructions, etc.
- Embrace Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, integrating new knowledge for development.
- Efficient Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, set timelines and milestones, and ensure on-time completion of design tasks.
- Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with keen attention to detail.
- Immediate joining is required for this position.
- Openness to work in rotational shifts.
- Note that this role does not support remote work.
- Candidates need to undertake a Tool Test at the office.
- Enjoy weekends off, following the US calendar.
