About HiWox HiWox is building a HealthTech and wellness platform focused on preventive healthcare, personalized wellness, health intelligence, and measurable transformation across 9 areas of wellness : physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, financial, and sexual & reproductive wellness.

We are currently in the initial product testing and development stage and are building a multidisciplinary founding team across healthcare, technology, product, data, and business.

Role Overview

We are looking for a founding Data Scientist who can lead the data science and R&D; function at HiWox and help build data-driven systems for personalized wellness, health intelligence, assessments, recommendations, and measurable transformation .

This is an equity-only founding team opportunity for someone who wants to build the function from the ground up and work closely with the founders and multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop data models for the Digital Health Index (DHI) and the 9-domain wellness assessment ecosystem.
- Research and develop predictive, scoring, recommendation, and personalization models for wellness and preventive healthcare.
- Work with healthcare, nutrition, psychology, fitness, and other domain experts to convert multidisciplinary knowledge into structured data and analytical models.
- Define data requirements, build datasets, perform statistical analysis, and identify meaningful patterns and correlations.
- Develop algorithms for risk identification, wellness scoring, personalized recommendations, progress tracking, and transformation measurement.
- Support development of AI/ML-based features within the HiWox platform.
- Build dashboards, analytical frameworks, and reporting systems for users, consultants, and the business.
- Establish data pipelines,



data quality processes, and experimentation frameworks as the platform scales.
- Conduct R&D; on emerging AI, ML, predictive analytics, and health intelligence applications relevant to HiWox.
- Work closely with the product and technology teams to integrate data science models into the HiWox platform.

Ideal Candidate
- Robust foundation in Python, statistics, machine learning, data analysis, and SQL.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of predictive modelling, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, NLP, or other relevant ML techniques.
- Strong analytical and research mindset with the ability to work with ambiguous and multidisciplinary problems.
- Experience working with healthcare, wellness, behavioural, lifestyle, or consumer datasets is a plus.
- Interested in AI + healthcare + preventive wellness + personalized intelligence.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup where systems and datasets need to be built from scratch.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work closely with founders and domain experts.

Important This is an equity-only opportunity with no fixed salary at the current stage . We are looking for someone interested in building long-term value rather than taking up a conventional employment role.

The founder onboarding process includes 3–4 strategic discussions , followed by a 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate technical capability, ownership, execution, and long-term alignment. Core founding members will follow a 5-year vesting structure , with compensation introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.
