Role:

Work closely with the founders on
growth, partnerships, and social media operations
. You’ll help identify and develop current growth opportunities, generate partnership leads, manage social channels, engage with relevant communities, and track the performance of growth initiatives.

You’ll:
Identify and generate
partnership and business development leads
Manage social media accounts and drive
content distribution and audience engagement
Identify relevant communities, creators, partners, and other growth opportunities
Track and analyse
growth metrics and channel performance
Use




Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools
to analyse data and improve execution
Coordinate with partners and external stakeholders
Work closely with founders to test and execute new growth initiatives
Take ownership of key growth metrics and operational outcomes
