ETP Earthing & LPS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and hardworking Copper Welder for our manufacturing facility at GIDC Sachin, Surat.
Key Responsibilities
Perform welding and brazing of copper components as per production requirements.
Join, assemble, and repair copper parts using appropriate welding/brazing techniques.
Read and follow basic drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality of welded copper components.
Inspect finished work for defects, cracks, improper joints, or leakage.
Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely.
Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to meet daily production targets.
Handle materials and equipment carefully to prevent damage.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass qualification.
Fresher candidates can apply; relevant welding experience will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of copper welding/brazing is preferred.
Willingness to work in the Day Shift.
Physically fit, hardworking, and responsible.
Ability to follow safety instructions and production procedures.
Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Training will be provided by the company for suitable candidates.
