We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in hospitality management, team leadership, revenue growth, cost control, and operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive business performance while maintaining exceptional guest experiences and consistent operational standards.

Experience Required
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
Proven experience in managing restaurant profitability, team performance, and guest satisfaction.
Experience in multi-unit operations is an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
Implement and maintain operational SOPs, service standards, and quality controls.
Ensure consistency in food quality, service delivery, hygiene, and customer experience.




Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Revenue Growth & Business Performance
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Drive guest engagement, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor key business metrics and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Support local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Cost Control & Inventory Management
Control food costs, labor costs, and operational expenses.
Implement measures to reduce wastage and improve profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
Conduct regular audits and variance analysis.

Team Leadership & Training
Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant teams to achieve operational excellence.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of employees.
