Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Expert who can actively source investors, make calls, manage the pipeline, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential investors (HNIs, Family Offices, Institutions, and relevant networks)
Make outbound calls (warm and cold), schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups
Pitch the prospect effectively and handle investor queries
Drive the entire fundraising process from lead generation to deal closure
Maintain a robust pipeline and regularly report progress
Support in preparation of investor materials (pitch deck, teasers, etc.) as needed

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in fundraising / capital raising with a track record of making calls and closing deals
Prior experience in stock broking,



equity sales, HNI desk, or capital markets sales is highly preferred
Robust communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Good network among HNIs / Family Offices / Institutional investors will be an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile
Experience working with full-service brokers (ICICI Securities, HDFC Securities, Kotak, Motilal Oswal, Nuvama, Angel One, etc.) or similar capital market roles
Hands-on experience in private placements, structured deals, or equity fundraising
