We are looking for a QA Engineer with solid shop-floor experience to ensure product and process quality across manufacturing and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-process and final inspections across manufacturing and assembly lines.
Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, GD&T; and quality standards.
Implement and maintain QMS requirements IATF 16949 / ISO 9001.
Handle OEM customer quality concerns, complaints and RMAs.
Perform Root Cause Analysis using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone and CAPA.
Prepare and maintain Control Plans, FMEA, SOPs and inspection checklists.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Supplier Quality teams to resolve quality issues.
Drive corrective and preventive actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.





Required Skills
3–4 years of hands-on manufacturing shop-floor QA/QC experience.
Solid knowledge of Mechanical Drawings, GD&T; and manufacturing processes.
Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and QMS practices.
Robust problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
Ability to interact confidently with OEM customer quality teams.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.

Candidates with Automotive / OEM / Electromechanical manufacturing experience will be preferred.
