Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, stimulating, and child-centric learning setting by effectively integrating Montessori principles with CBSE early years academic standards.

Experience Required
1–3 years of experience in Montessori or Early Childhood Education

Qualifications
Diploma in Montessori / ECCE / NTT
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
B.Ed. preferred

Key Responsibilities
Implement Montessori methodology to support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
Create and maintain a well-prepared classroom environment with age-appropriate Montessori materials
Plan and execute structured lessons aligned with CBSE foundational stage guidelines
Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress
Encourage independent learning, creativity,



and critical thinking
Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and safety standards
Communicate effectively with parents through meetings and regular updates
Collaborate with co-teachers and actively participate in school activities and training programs

Skills & Requirements
Strong communication skills in English
Patience, compassion, and a child-first approach
Prior experience in a CBSE school is an added advantage
