Mechanical background only.
Must have experience in PHE, Fire Fighting & HVAC procurement.
MEP Contractor experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of MEP materials, vendors and market rates.
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
Experience in handling quotations, purchase orders, vendor coordination and material delivery.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
