Responsibilities
Manage WFH & office employees and daily work allocation.
Allocate leads to WFH employees and monitor follow-ups.
Handle employee concerns, attendance and salary coordination.
Assist in hiring, interviews and onboarding.
Track employee productivity and the complete lead-to-revenue cycle.
Prepare basic HR and performance reports.

After 3 months, based on performance, candidates will have the prospect to become an HR Manager with full time salary and permanent employment.
