Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Strong experience in design and development of Web-based applications, Microservice Architecture, Security Implementation
Proven experience in handling end-to-end ASP.NET Core projects, including: Requirements analysis, Architecture and design

Development, deployment, and maintenance
Hands-on experience in Backend development using: ASP.NET Core8, Web API (C#) and/or Node.js (Express / NestJS preferred), React
Experience in building RESTful APIs and Microservices
Strong experience with Frontend frameworks: React JS (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)
Hands-on experience with Databases: SQL Server (Stored Procedure, Functions, View, Index). MySQL, MariaDB
Experience with ORM / Data Access technologies: Entity Framework Core.
Experience with Docker: Application containerization, Docker Compose, Environment-based deployments, Terraform




Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID Principal and best practices
Experience in project ownership, task planning, and team mentoring
Knowledge of basic computer networks and application security concepts

Good to Have / Good to Know
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Knowledge of Microservices and event-driven architecture
Experience in Mobile App development
Knowledge of ERP systems
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Valuable to know modern developer productivity tools such as Windsurf or similar AI-assisted development tools for improving development efficiency
