Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, energetic, and trustworthy Personal Trainer cum Personal Assistant who can provide personalized fitness support while also assisting with day-to-day personal and office-related work.

Key Responsibilities1. Personal Training & Fitness
Conduct personalized fitness and workout sessions based on individual goals.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly exercise schedules.
Monitor workout progress and make necessary adjustments.
Ensure proper exercise techniques, warm-up, stretching, and recovery.
Maintain consistency and motivation during training sessions.
Coordinate with doctors/nutritionists when qualified medical or dietary advice is required.
Diet & Nutrition Planning
Prepare daily/weekly diet plans based on fitness goals and preferences.
Plan meals and maintain a suitable diet schedule.
Track dietary adherence and progress.
Coordinate grocery/meal requirements when required.




Avoid making medical or therapeutic nutrition recommendations beyond the candidate's qualifications.
Personal & Office Assistance
Handle routine personal and office-related administrative work.
Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and schedules.
Assist with documentation, emails, calls, data entry, and basic computer work.
Coordinate meetings, errands, travel arrangements, and other tasks as required.
Maintain records, files, and other key information.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
General Responsibilities
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal, professional, and financial information.
Be punctual, well-groomed, organized, and professional.
Maintain a proactive approach and be willing to handle multiple responsibilities.
Be available for occasional work outside regular hours when reasonably required.
