Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Record and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
Assist with cash and bank reconciliation.
Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper filing of accounting records.
Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory documentation.
Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
Assist in preparing daily/monthly reports and statements.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and other departments for accounting-related matters.
Support the senior accounts team during month-end and year-end closing.
Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Eligibility
B.Com / M.Com / Finance-related qualification
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally is preferred.
Positive communication and numerical skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
