Role & responsibilities
Executive Relationship Manager (Bajaj Finance Ltd.)
Customer acquisition and lead generation.
Sell Bajaj Finance products and financial solutions.
Build relationships with customers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Banking, NBFC, Life Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, or Direct Sales preferred.
Solid communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
CTC: Up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Company Perks.
