Job Description

GoKite Tours & Tours LLP is looking for a customer-focused Travel Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry, with exposure to B2B/B2C Holidays, Ticketing, and Visa services.

Key Responsibilities
Handle
B2B & B2C travel enquiries
and understand client requirements.
Plan and sell International and domestic holiday packages.
Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
Handle
visa requirements, documentation, and application coordination
.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners.
Handle ticketing and other travel-related arrangements.
Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations,



and customer queries.
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience
in Travel & Tourism.
Experience in
B2B/B2C Holidays, Visas, and/or Ticketing
.
Valuable knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Robust communication, sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of
GDS, travel portals, or CRM
is an advantage.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
