AI & ML Team Lead

Location: Nagpur (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI & ML Team Lead to drive the organization's AI strategy, lead enterprise AI initiatives, and manage high-performing AI teams. The role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise (50%) and team/project leadership (50%), with responsibility for delivering scalable AI/ML solutions that create business value.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML & GenAI Development:-
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.
Lead end-to-end ML lifecycle including model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
Build solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini), RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, Predictive Analytics, and AI Agents.
Architect AI platforms on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Ensure model performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

MLOps & Governance:-
Establish MLOps pipelines, CI/CD, model monitoring, and version control.
Implement AI governance, responsible AI practices, and compliance standards.




Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Team & Program Leadership:-
Lead, mentor, and grow AI/ML teams.
Manage project planning, delivery, resource allocation, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
Drive AI adoption, innovation, and business transformation initiatives.

Education:-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) preferred.

Experience:-
8+ years of IT/Data Analytics experience.
5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience.
3+ years of team leadership and people management experience.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML and GenAI programs.
