Accounts Executive – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, billing, payments, and reconciliation for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
Handle hospital billing, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and accounts-related issues.
Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.




Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare organization will be an advantage.

Accuracy of accounting entries.
Timely completion of billing and reconciliation.
Reduction of outstanding receivables.
Timely submission of financial reports.
Proper maintenance of financial records and documents.
Compliance with accounting and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹15,658.24 - ₹41,605.25 per month
