Thorough knowledge of all import procedures, International Trade documentation, order processing, shipping/freight forwarding, insurance, inventory tracking etc and GST requirements.
Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Excel and Power Point and preferably Chat GPT.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and logistics operations.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, purchase requirements, and replenishment plans.
Track customer orders from order placement through dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with vendors, distributors, warehouses, transporters, and internal teams.
Analyze sales and supply chain data to identify gaps, delays, and improvement prospects.
Develop and monitor MIS reports, sales dashboards, inventory reports, and operational KPIs.
Ensure optimum inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs, excess inventory, and carrying costs.
Support sales forecasting and align supply planning with business requirements.

Candidate Profile
Fluency in English essential.
Preferred Age: around 35 and above.
