Position Overview

Saheli Jewellers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our brand, increase footfall, and drive showroom sales. The role involves both field and in-store activities, requiring strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement
Drive showroom sales by engaging with walk-in customers and converting inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Support billing coordination and after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase brand visibility and showroom footfall.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, festive offers, and in-store events.
Assist in basic digital marketing initiatives such as WhatsApp promotions, customer outreach, and social media coordination (if required).

Market Outreach & Lead Generation
Conduct field marketing activities including local tie-ups, referrals,



and community engagement.
Identify recent sales opportunities and contribute to lead generation efforts.

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales and lead reports and share updates with management.
Coordinate with showroom staff, back-office, and management for smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or retail (jewellery or lifestyle industry preferred).
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with customer-focused approach.
Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and festive seasons.

What We Offer
Fixed salary of ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
