Job Overview

We are looking for a Accounts & HR/Admin Executive who can efficiently manage day-to-day Accounts, HR, and Administrative activities and support the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, invoices, expenses, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, payroll inputs, salary processing, and coordination with CA/consultants.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, and HR documentation.
Manage employee joining, onboarding, offer/appointment letters, confirmations, increments, and exit formalities.
Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and employee queries.
Maintain company documents, records, office expenses, assets, stationery,



and administrative requirements.
Prepare regular Accounts, HR, and Management MIS/reports.
Coordinate with employees, vendors, consultants, and management for day-to-day requirements.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Handle any other Accounts, HR, or Admin responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, HR & Administration.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Tally/Accounting Software.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll, and HR operations.
Robust communication, coordination, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
