Key Responsibilities

Office Administration – 85%
Manage travel arrangements for employees and leadership teams, including international travel.
Handle reception operations and greet visitors and guests professionally.
Manage office premises, facilities, housekeeping, and security.
Coordinate canteen operations, including vendor coordination, menu planning, quality checks, invoices, MIS reports, and record keeping.
Manage vendors and negotiate pricing where required.
Handle invoices and Purchase Order (PO) processes.
Manage administrative inventory such as stationery and other office supplies.




Prepare and coordinate gate passes for material movement.
Coordinate IT asset management, including laptops and other office equipment.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier services and dispatch logistics.
Organize and coordinate employee events, training sessions, induction programs, leadership programs, and award ceremonies.
Support venue arrangements, welcome kits, and asset allocation for employee programs.
Manage the Learning Link portal for training assignments, roster tracking, and report generation.

HR Support – 15%
Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and requirements.
Support candidate joining and onboarding formalities.
Coordinate with HR for background verification and onboarding activities.
Support employee engagement initiatives and fun activities.
