We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller/Recruitment Executive to hire candidates for Picker & Packer positions across different warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates from the provided database.
Explain the Picker & Packer job profile, salary, location, shift timing and perks.
Check candidate eligibility, availability and interest.
Generate qualified candidates for the recruitment process.
Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain daily call and candidate records.
Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team for interview or joining.
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.

Candidate Requirements
Positive Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
Confident and polite communication.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and calling.
Freshers can apply; telecalling/recruitment experience is an advantage.
Target-oriented and responsible attitude.

Salary

₹[Salary] per month + Incentives
Salary can be adjusted according to experience and location.

Pay: From ₹7,500.00 per month
