What You’ll Do
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, WhatsApp and other digital channels
Manage and grow Specialist.travel’s social media presence
Create and execute WhatsApp Business campaigns, broadcasts, communities and engagement journeys
Work with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Canva and other relevant marketing platforms
Develop engaging content for social media, campaigns, email and WhatsApp
Track campaign performance, leads, engagement and conversions
Coordinate with the content,



sales and business teams to support campaigns and launches
Experiment with new digital marketing channels, tools and AI-powered marketing solutions
Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement
Support performance marketing and lead-generation initiatives

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
Strong hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp marketing
Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
Experience with Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager
Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic performance reporting
Solid content and copywriting skills
Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Understanding of lead generation, funnels, engagement and conversion
Comfortable working with multiple digital tools and learning current platforms quickly
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation and ma
