Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer (Finishing Supervisor) to supervise and coordinate finishing activities at the construction site, ensuring quality, timely execution, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all finishing works including flooring, plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, doors, windows, and other interior works.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship and resolve site-level issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain records of finishing activities.
- Ensure proper planning and timely completion of finishing works as per project schedules.




- Coordinate with the Project Manager and other engineering teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards and company procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in finishing and interior construction works.
- Positive knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Strong coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
