MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with 1–3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data management and banking/financial operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, banking transactions such as NEFT and RTGS, and the ability to prepare accurate and timely MIS reports for management and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports as per business and management requirements.

· Maintain accurate MIS databases, trackers and operational reports.

· Prepare dashboards, summaries and management reports using Advanced Excel.

· Use Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH,



Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF functions, conditional formatting and data validation.

· Track and reconcile transaction data, payment status and exceptions and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

· Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Advanced Excel.

· Working knowledge of NEFT, RTGS and other banking/payment transactions.

· Good understanding of MIS preparation, data analysis and reporting.

· Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.

· Knowledge of data reconciliation and exception tracking.

· Basic understanding of financial services/NBFC operations will be an added advantage.
