Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for GGBS products, managing key customer accounts, and expanding the company’s market presence in North India and beyond. Day-to-day activities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, preparing sales forecasts, and achieving revenue and volume targets.



The manager will coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups, and prepare presentations, proposals, and marketing materials. The role also involves overseeing promotional campaigns, attending industry events, and providing regular performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications
- Robust sales management skills, including lead generation, account management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Marketing capabilities in areas such as market research, brand positioning, campaign planning, and customer engagement.
- Experience with industrial or construction materials sales (cement, GGBS, or related products) and understanding of B2B sales cycles.
