We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department with a solid focus on strategic performance management, process optimization, and risk control. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identifying Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to align organizational talent with company goals.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or lead capacity.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated, hands-on expertise in developing SOPs, structuring KPI performance frameworks, and managing HR KRIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification like SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, or SPHR preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and data analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and strategic communication capabilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
